Yield comparison between 6 varieties of Muntur flower planted in different dates

Yield comparison between 6 varieties of Muntur flower planted in different dates were studied on Muntur flowers in the farm number 55 Moshav Hatzeva Arava, Israel. Studying on planting Muntur flower by seeding on October 15, 2008 and October 20, 2008. Therefore this experiment was compared the average of length of flowers and male and female flowers planted in different dates.
Muntur (matthiola), Matthiola Incana family Brassicaceae.
There were 6 treatments in 6 different colors of Muntur flowers.
Treatment 1 was blue color, Treatment 2 was white color, Treatment 3 was red color, Treatment 4 was yellow, Treatment 5 was pink and Treatment 6 was lilac color(pale purple color). 5 days later we planted the same kinds and same colors of Muntur flower. Each treatment had 3 replications and each replication had 400 plants. About 75 days, the Muntur flowers will be harvested. The male flowers were chosen.
The results revealed that Muntur flowers that planted in October 15, 2008
Treatment 1 blue color was the best on number of male flowers.
Treatment 5 pink color was the best on length because they had an average length were 79.87cm. in January and 81.95cm. in February. And Muntur flowers that planted in October 20, 2008, Treatment 5 pink color was the best on number of male flowers. Treatment 3 red color had the longest length in January. But Treatment 5 pink color had the longest length in February. The suggestion for the next experiment should have more replications for accurate the data.
